NYS Charter Schools Program (CSP) Grants

 

The New York State Education Department receives a federal Charter Schools Program (CSP) grant under Title V, Part B of the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Act of 2001.  The primary purpose of this grant is to award sub-grants to eligible applicants in the State to enable the applicant to plan and open a charter school.  This grant program also supports the dissemination of charter school best practices.
