The New York State Education Department (NYSED) Office of Student Support Services is seeking proposals for the establishment and operation of a regional Technical Assistance Center to provide technical assistance to school districts establishing or operating Community Schools in the eastern region of New York State.
Eligible Applicants
Eligible applicants are non-profit entities with expertise in implementing Community School strategies and providing technical assistance, and that have the capacity to operate such Technical Assistance Centers. Applicants are not required to have a physical location within the region to be served; however, they must provide in-person services within the region as outlined in this RFP.
Bidders and Subcontracting
Bidders or subcontractors that are affiliated with, or perform work for, school districts implementing Community School strategies must have clear and separate governance and oversight structures in place to prevent any conflict of interest or the appearance of a conflict of interest.
